Introducing.. Wellness Days!
Wellness Days are where we will do yoga along with other healthy activities to relax and keep our mind and body healthy. The yoga sessions will last for at least one hour, so make sure you are prepared with the following:
We will provide healthy snacks as well as other amenities to make your day as enjoyable and relaxing as possible!
Note: that Wellness Days are open to everyone, including both adults and teenagers!!
- yoga pants/ comfortable clothes
- water bottle
- yoga mat (if you have one)
